Fall Artisan Market- Sunday September 7th 10am-3pm

Holiday Artisan Market- Sunday November 30th 10am-2pm (Indoor Only)

We carefully evaluate and select the artisan vendors for our markets. This year we would love to offer a variety of businesses in each category at each market. The focus of our market is family friendly, handmade artisan items, and farmers market style goods. We strive to keep a balance in each category.

Indoor space - 6 ft table and chair provided $75- This includes our brand new Event Barn as well as our smaller Barn space.

Outdoor space - $40 -You will need to provide your own tent and table setup - spaces are 10x10. (this option is RAIN OR SHINE set up. We will be at capacity indoors, so we will not be moving anyone in case of poor weather.)

*if you need electricity there is a $10 additional charge per market.

If you are a food or beverage vendor, please make sure you are following current Kane County regulations. If you are sampling food or drink, you will need a permit. YOU are responsible for making sure you carry all proper licenses and certifications. The health department did show up last season to inspect vendors.

If approved to be a vendor, you will receive an email with information for remitting payment. You will have 10 days from the date of that email to remit payment to secure your space. If not paid by the due date, your space may be offered to another applicant.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before you commit, be certain you are able to attend.

- All Vendor Fees are due 10 days after notification of your acceptance to our market. Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiture of your space. - All Vendor Fees are Final, no refunds. - If you are Waitlisted, we will reach out to you when spaces open. - You must ONLY bring to the market what you indicate on the application. - If you are a food or beverage vendor, please make sure you have proper Kane County permits and certifications. - Each vendor will be required to help market the events they are chosen for. - Our market is very family friendly. We will not be accepting items with profanity or anything inappropriate for children. -Artisan Markets are Rain or Shine -We carefully select where vendors will be to spread everyone out based on vendor offerings. We will NOT allow vendors to move their space once we send the layouts. -Please note the unloading area is in our parking lot, you may need to bring your own cart if you have a lot to unload or anything heavy. You will be asked to move your car to a vendor area once you have unloaded. - Load in time is 8am day of the market, you must be ready to go by 10am. - Vendors may not leave early and we ask that you do not pack up until the event end time.
